By centralising data from booking systems, marketing platforms, and third-party tools, we enable partners to access timely, accurate analytics and reports supporting smarter decisions and ongoing optimisation.

How It Works

Data Collection & Storage: We aggregate data from booking systems, marketing tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hubspot, Braze), and internal sources. All data is securely stored in a central data warehouse, updated at least once daily.
Reporting & Dashboards: Partners can generate reports within the platform or access interactive dashboards embedded in the Extranet. Dashboards are powered by AWS QuickSight, providing real-time visualisations and analytics.
Domain-Level Reporting: Download CSV reports covering key areas like bookings, availability, and products for further analysis or record-keeping.
Dashboard Embedding: Dashboards are embedded using secure, short-lived URLs, ensuring data security and row-level access control. Partners see only the data relevant to their domain.
Backend Management: We handle all backend integration, report generation, and dashboard visualisation setup, so partners can focus on using the insights.

Partner Actions

Access Dashboards: Log in to the Extranet or platform interface to view dashboards and generate reports.
Download Reports: Export CSV files for bookings, availability, and product data as needed.
Review Insights: Use the provided analytics to inform business decisions and optimise operations.

Feature Availability: Most analytics and reporting features are enabled by default, but some advanced options may require configuration.
Data Sources: Reports and dashboards are powered by data from multiple integrated systems for comprehensive coverage.
