Each Channel is managed through our unified Control Centre, making it easy for you to set up, configure, and manage your channels. Whether you want to use our white-label storefront, manage your own configuration, or access products via API, the Partner Channel is your gateway to delivering a seamless booking journey for your consumers.

How It Works
The Partner Channel is designed to give you and your team the ability to manage the essential elements needed for your consumer-facing experience. Within a Partner Channel, you can:
1. Manage Users

Add Users: Invite new users to your channel and assign them roles such as admin or test user.

Edit User Details: Update user information and permissions as needed.

Remove Users: Remove users who no longer require access to the channel.
2. Manage Suppliers

Add Suppliers: Associate new suppliers with your channel to make their products available for your consumers.

Edit Supplier Information: Update supplier details to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Remove Suppliers: Remove suppliers from your channel if they are no longer relevant to your offering.
3. Manage Sales Agencies (If Applicable)

Add Sales Agencies: If your business model includes sales agencies, you can add them to your channel.

Edit Sales Agency Details: Update information and permissions for each sales agency.

Remove Sales Agencies: Remove sales agencies that are no longer active or required.

Configure Branding: Upload your logo, select your brand colours, and customise the storefront’s appearance.

Set Up Products: Choose which products to display and configure pricing and availability.

Manage Users: Assign admin and test users for your team to manage and test the channel.

Test the Experience: Use the sandboxed consumer and test trip to simulate real bookings and ensure everything works as expected.
