Extranet
Extranet
Our Extranet Features provide you with a secure, centralised workspace to manage products, bookings, consumer data, suppliers, documentation, and more, all through a consistent and easy-to-navigate interface. The Extranet is designed to streamline your day-to-day operations, giving your teams the tools they need to efficiently onboard suppliers, manage availability, track consumer journeys, and access relevant documentation, all within a single platform tailored to your organisational structure.
Key Benefits
-
Centralised Management: Access all key operational areas, products, bookings, consumer records, supplier invitations, documentation, and white-label configurations in one place.
-
Role-Based Access: Assign specific domains and permissions to each user, ensuring secure and appropriate access to data and tools.
-
Flexible User Experience: Users can log in with a unique username and password or through corporate single sign-on (SSO).
-
Operational Efficiency: Quickly onboard suppliers, manage availability, track consumer journeys, and access documentation with intuitive tools.
-
Customised to Your Needs: We configure your Extranet access to match your organisational structure and operational requirements.
-
Embedded Documentation: Surface relevant document collections, guides, and technical resources directly in context to support users without disrupting their workflow.
How It Works
-
Domain Organisation: The Extranet is organised into specific domains, each providing access to a different area of the system (e.g., product supply, consumer records, supplier invitations, documentation, white-label configurations).
-
User Access & Permissions: We work with you to define which domains your users can see, what actions they’re allowed to perform, and what level of data visibility they should have. Permissions also control access to specific document collections.
-
Secure Login: Users access the Extranet using either a unique username and password or corporate SSO, with permissions scoped to their role.
-
Operational Tools: Within each domain, users can perform tasks such as onboarding suppliers, managing product availability, tracking consumer journeys, and accessing embedded documentation.
-
Document Collections: Documentation can be surfaced in the Extranet as steps within navigators, as a dedicated documentation navigator, via header links, modals, or right-hand panels. Access to each document collection is controlled by permissions and configuration, ensuring users only see what’s relevant to them.
-
Configuration Checklist: Administrators can use completion tasks and checklists to track configuration steps for entities, assign tasks to users, and monitor progress—all within the Extranet interface.
-
Ongoing Support: We help you manage access levels, permissions, and documentation as your organisation evolves, ensuring your teams always have the right tools and resources for their responsibilities.
