Fraud prevention is a key part of our commitment to keeping you and your consumers safe throughout the booking and payment process. We use a combination of technology, best practices, and proactive support to help identify, prevent, and respond to fraudulent activity.

How It Works

  • Financial Loss Mitigation: When fraud is detected, we work to cancel tickets with suppliers whenever possible to minimise losses.

  • Dispute Processing: We assist with payment disputes and chargebacks, providing evidence and support as needed.

  • Stay Informed: Review any fraud alerts or notifications from us promptly.

  • Act Quickly: If notified of a suspicious booking, review and respond within 12 hours to help prevent losses.
