Interfaces

Our interfaces provide the route by which consumers, administrators and developers can access the platform.

The following interfaces are available.

  • Storefront: Where consumers can discover, book and pay for experiences.

  • Portals: Secure, branded web applications that allow agents, suppliers, partners and administrators to operate

    • Agent Portal: Where agents can make and manage bookings on behalf of consumers.

    • Supplier Portal: Where suppliers can upload and manage products and availability.

    • Partner Portal: Where partners can manage the brands, agencies and products that they control.

  • Embedding: Embeddable interfaces that our partners can use within their own apps, sites and messages

    • Storefront: Embed the entire storefront in a tab or page.

    • JavaScript Widget: Embed product cards anywhere that JavaScript is supported.

    • Product Card Service: Embed product cards in emails and other message formats that support only images.

  • Developer API: Programmatic access to the full power of the look-to-book features and finance reporting.

Storefront

The interface we provide enhances the consumer experience by enabling users to discover products and access real-time information on availability.

Additionally, the platform simplifies the booking process, making it easy for consumers to book multiple products via cart and complete payment using their preferred method, including Google and Apple Pay.

Users can return to the system via links in transactional emails to manage or amend their itineraries.

Portals

The platform can be tailored to various use cases through its portals.

Each portal is designed to meet the specific needs of its users, enhancing the overall experience.

  • Agent Portal: Designed for sales agents and concierges to facilitate bookings on behalf of consumers.

  • Supplier Portal: Enables suppliers to upload and manage their products, including availability and capacity information.

  • Partner Portal: Provides administrators at all levels with the tools to configure user access, manage brands, set up templates, and manage inventory.

Widgets


Widgets enable partners to integrate our product discovery into their consumer touchpoints. We offer several types of widgets:

  • Storefront: Embed the entire storefront in a tab or page on a partner site or app.

  • JavaScript: Place recommended product cards anywhere on a partner’s website or app.

  • Product Card Service: Include product cards in your emails and marketing messages.

Developer API

Our GraphQL API is available for developers to access the platform's features. This API can be utilised for various use cases, including:

  • Product Discovery: Create your own storefronts with comprehensive product discovery and booking flows.

  • Product Cache: Retrieve our complete product inventory and its availability.

  • Finance: Access all necessary data for finance reconciliation.
