Configurations can be applied at any level of your organisational hierarchy: Partner, Channel, or Sales Agency. Unless specifically overridden, settings cascade downward, maintaining global consistency while allowing for local customisation. This means you can deliver a unified experience across your business, while still adapting to the unique needs of individual brands, channels, or markets.
How Configuration Works
Our platform uses a hierarchical configuration system. You can set global defaults at the highest level (Partner), which automatically apply to all Channels and Sales Agencies beneath. If you need to tailor settings for a specific Channel or Sales Agency, you can override the inherited configuration at that level.
This approach gives you the best of both worlds:

Settings not explicitly overridden will always inherit from the level above, making it simple to manage large, complex organisations without losing control or visibility.
