Our Configuration Features enable you to consistently and securely represent your brand across all digital touchpoints. Whether you are launching a branded Storefront, Agent Portal or sending emails from your own domain, our flexible configuration options ensure that your setup aligns with your brand and consumer experience objectives. These features are designed to simplify technical processes, allowing you to concentrate on delivering a seamless experience to your consumers

Our platform is highly configurable, with hundreds of different settings available throughout. These settings influence how the platform operates for you and can be applied at any level within the organisation hierarchy, affecting that organisation and, unless overridden, all organisations beneath that level. Settings encompass a variety of areas, including:

  • Storefronts: Features such as languages, currencies, search modes, layouts, itineraries, and carts.

  • Messaging: Email and voucher generation, templates to use, data to include/exclude, parties to CC.

  • Authentication: How users sign in to a given portal. Corporate SSO, 2FA, etc.

  • Domains: The https:// domains used to host storefronts and the email domains from which confirmations and support messages originate.

  • Content: Disclaimers, notices, support details, and other elements that should be present in storefronts and communications.

  • Payments and MoR: Who is the Merchant on Record, and how consumers' payments are captured and processed. Payment methods such as enabling Apple Pay, PayPal, pay later services, and more.

  • Social: When and where to include links to your socials, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Marketplace: Products that your consumers or agents can purchase or sell.

  • Finance: The currencies that each party should be paid in and the relative commission rates.

How It Works

  1. Custom Domain Setup: We work with you to configure a custom domain for your digital services (e.g., storefront, Agent Portal, or email sending). This ensures all customer-facing URLs and emails reflect your brand.

  2. Delegated Subdomains: For advanced scenarios, you can delegate a subdomain, which will allow us to manage hosting and security (including SSL certificates) on your behalf.

  3. Hosting Options: Choose to have your Storefront or Agent Portal hosted by us, or opt for delegated hosting if you require more control.

  4. Email Authentication: We will configure email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to ensure your emails are delivered securely and reliably from your domain.

  5. Transactional & Marketing Emails: Branded emails are sent at key moments in the customer journey, with support for custom templates, multiple languages, and click tracking.

  6. Seamless Transitions: If you’re moving from an existing setup, we also manage the migration to ensure continuity and minimal disruption.

Partner Actions

  • Domain Access: Provide access or delegation for the domain or subdomain you wish to use.

  • Brand Assets: Supply branding materials (logos, colours, templates) for site and email customisation.

  • Approval: Review and approve the final configuration before launch.
